    Ive read a punctured can of sweetcorn..on string so can retrieve it and take home afterwards...works as burley for them... never managed them on rod,speared a few,netted a few and have even gone so far as to dive down and stab with knife....once....

    Use small hooks with corn kernels as bait in the (Creamed Corn) burley trail
