    Given that the quota was given, in the first instance, now they get free/subsidized boats?

    The personal comments section from my submission reads :

    "But! if we, the Taxpayer, do fund new boats, can I have one? I don't want a big trawler, a 20 ft trailer boat with an inboard diesel and sterndrive would be adequate."
