my oldest sister wouldnt eat flounder because the eyes were looking at her..so we gave her one upsidedown on plate..after scoffing it down she had a closer look and had even eaten the eyeballs...mmmmm fresh flounder pan fried with just a light coating of egg n flour.... happy days they were.

I didn't use to eat oysters because of the gut but now I gobble them down, so yummy.

Ok BR here are some pic's, most people just use egg only which I don't mind however I like the recipe out of the old Edmonds cooking book.
A bit of flour, pinch of baking powder, eggs and water then stir until smooth, add whitebait and shallow fry in dripping.
