Thread: New to trout Softbaiting

Thanks for everyone's advice I am impressed so far. First pool I fished, couple of casts and I landed a small rainbow on this:



Didn't get a photo of the fish as it got into a tangle in the net so I didn't want to delay releasing him.

They seem to snag less than spinners I find.

Look forward to trying again, still a lot to learn.
