Recommendation for a slow jig set up

    Evening,

There’s a few guys on here that have a few clues on gear so thought I would pick some brains.

After a nice slow jig setup.

What do I want and why?

I’m pretty fussy and like nice gear. Think Trinidad’s etc

Any idea which style, inchiku/kabura, slow pitch or microjig, or a bit of everything?

Yeah, great question and I hadn't really considered it.

Is there such a rod that will let me get away with a bit of everything to a decent level?

Sweet. Is that a pretty high end setup? I’ve been out of the fishing game for a while?

I can buy it, then sell it to you for $2k, then it’ll seem like it’s way more high end.

Yeah, that looks like a good setup. Top end before you start getting in to silly money for custom rods. Should cover most styles apart from microjigging. Personally, I like small, light reels. This is finesse fishing, the gear is not designed to stop kingfish dead in their tracks before they hit reef.
