More sad news yesterday.
I am sure some here will have fished on the charter boat R n R out of Whitianga, with rockin Rod the local big Snapper legend.
Unfortunately, Rod suffered a fatal heart attack whilst taking tourists around Cathedral cove on the glass bottom boat yesterday. He sold R n R a while back now, and took to driving the tourists around part time so that he could take it a bit easier.
Whiti will miss you Rod. RIP

Have no idea who this man was, But condolences to his family.. Hope he rests easy.
