    Few tips mate.
If you wish to release the sharks after carching which im sure you do, take the barbs off the hooks or fold them flat. This will make it possible to remove the hook with relative ease. Be bloody careful here though
Also if fishing from or near rocks dont use a braid mainline as it will ping with the slightest contact. I'd use a mono of 24 kg or more.
Bonito head will be a good bait, nice and oily and also burley up heaps.
Being in the spot you are planning id be after a good snapper too
    Good luck
Hi, Thanks for the tips, Yes i am planning on releasing them after. Im using 60lb (30kg) monofilament as my main line. Thanks for the tip on the hooks should make releases a lot smoother.
