A visual pleasure ! Damn that looks like a great dinner!

What’s the best way to get the most meat out of the crabs ?

    Thanks Stingray,

I just split them, de-frill/gut them and then suck away, teeth used to crack the legs and get into them, pretty fiddly for what meat you actually get. messy but great entrée to the snapper

With the blue manner crabs that we used to go and scoop net fresh in Western Australia, my favorite way was to do them in a wok with a black bean chilli sauce. Now that was messy.

TBH these ones were a bit mushy, but still that sweet taste of crab. They must have been frozen before.

I have to admit to that I really do miss a nice big Atlantic crab.
The little bubba swimmers here dont really do it for me
