    Thanks all for the advice much appreciated, he's off at the Taxidermist now.

    Unfortunately no scales, but he measures 69cm long and from Dorsal fin to belly 17.5 cm, and circumfrence 43cm.

    Ask the taxidermist for the 2 big fillets.You get to eat him,should be rich in taste and very nice to eat.
