    Great news
    I heard it was David asking the Police minster to define "customary" fishing, and he couldn't so they finally decided we could ALL go fishing. How lovely for us I guess.
    Actually a great one liner from him when he said, " the minister is a trained lawyer and in charge of the police over the whole country, so if he doesn't know what customary fishing is what hope do the rest of us have". Brilliant

    I think that you will find that Poto Williams is a female unless there is gender reassignment associated with the role or she identifies as a man.
