Thread: Very amateur Kingi vids

The old man took me and my sister and the grandkids out today to see if we could get them to catch some pannies.
Not much luck on the brim (In shallow) so had a look around,I have never seen so much bait fish and kings on the sounder!

Id get us over a massive king mark and fish for a bit till it moved or we drifted off it then find it again and so on.
They were hungry and easy to catch Unfortunately all seemed to be just under 700, steam off and find another mark catch 3 or 4(and release) hoping for something bigger.steam off find another mark etc etc.

The wife got me a water proof camera for my birthday a couple of weeks ago as I stuffed our semi good one hunting in the rain, still learning to work it, it has no zoom so might put it on a pole to get it down further.

Live Bait the way to bigger ones, we were using 5-6lb Kawahi last year and got busted of more then a few times by big fish. Well done, I seen masses of boats go out past where I was working today. Very envious.

I have never seen anything like it mikee,Iv lived here all my life tho granted I dont get out fishing every week I get out a bit.

Got busted off on a couple of goodys but thats how it goes.
