Thread: What line to use for trout

when the person keeps winding,every time the bailarm goes around once without gaining line..it adds one full twist to the line..... put in fifty/sixty twists and its really easy to "throw a loop''/half hitch, around end of rod when fish is close....gets exciting if fish then takes off again.
grab a section a foot long and twist it a few times between your fingers and watch what it does when you slacken it slightly.
