I have never had a go r93, but my cousin has a house at Neil's beach and own 4 stands on one of the rivers close by.
Hopefully next year I can get down and spend a few days catching the delicacy with you as my mentor!

He either has stands on the Arawhata or Waiatoto. He would be on arguably the best 2 rivers in NZ. Better to learn off him as I just pot net and generally just fluke it

Yep not sure which one.
Last time I was down he took us jet boating and we ended up grounded with a decent walk back to the vehicles!
Bloody nice part ot the world down there!
