Thread: Chinese owner fights access

I know this happened a few years ago, and ended up with the Chinese fellow having to sell it because of refusing walking access to the hut. However it is my understanding that the new owner (kiwi) has done the exact same thing and is denying access. How does that work? Surely there must be public access up the creek to the hut now after all that cafuffal with the oio etc. Would seem like a double standard otherwise.
