Head up Tunupo then either head south or north. You won’t be disappointed. So many deer up there at the moment.

Shorts or Knights track a little further south is also very good.

Huge amount of hunting along that range.

I've kicked around a bit already with plenty of success up high in an adjacent catchment.

I was interested to know what opportunities were to be had along the Oroua river, and around Iron Gate itself, as I haven't got up river much past Alice Nash as yet. Got a few days off coming up so wanted to give myself a few different options.
