I've started palying murderball three times a week and thought I'd share with you guys It's really good fun, way harder than you may think (being able bodied means sweet f-a at least at the start!) and an awesome way to keep fit, especially in the upper body. Tonight I had a first - I was the best at something. Tackling drills. I'm getting enough power now to really smack the sh*t out of my opponent. Also I am getting all wheels off the ground which isn't really a requirement but it's fun none the less
