    Tips for Wetsuit wearers

I am not sure if you guys have any other tips, but the other half showed me something awesome yesterday! Plastic bag over the foot before shoving your leg into your wet suit. I never thought of that and it seems to make getting into a wetsuit infinately easier.

    Enjoy.

PS Twoshot - how's your new suit going?

None of mine have shrunk over the last 25-30 years, they both still fit, sort of. Did you wash yours in water that was too hot?

Anyone got a good tip on how to get rid of the cavity below the bottom of the ribcage and the hips. Damn thing just fills with cold water.

Might be worth a go, but I'll need to get two. One to add weights to, the other to tighten the middle. Don't have any as they were bought for surface stuff (Yak and swimming). Found a clip of the first owner of the swimming one too. 1987 Cadbury Moro Bar New Zealand TV Ad - Rick Wells - YouTube

As for the rest of you lots suggestions, ....

Put a kidney belt on under it and it fills the gap up nice.

Vasaline ...seriously.. arm pits and behind knees will stop chaffing if your doing long hours in your wetsuit.

Also if your are getting into a damp or wet wetsuit dunk your wetsuit in the tide and splash water on to yourself. It will help.

when drying your suit rinse in fresh water allow to drain, then hang on a coat hanger out of direct sunlight do not pack away damp!!

Vaseline is a petroleum product. Petroleum products break down rubber. Wet suits are made of rubber. Not so good in the longer run when the arm pits perish
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
