    Has anyone been up there recently? I understand the road was washed out again.

    Not sure, is there access up through Minginui ( South /Main Road) or is that still out? You probably can go through Kaianagroa with an access permit on weekends.

    I've been going in via South road and through Kaingaroa forest and vehicle marks on road indicate that the road is being used but last I heard it was still buggered.
