If it is clean, ie no rubbish or iron sands etc, my experiene is that is is worth around 90% of the gold price when you remove the other impurities, silver copper. Gold I collected from a claim top of the SI was 94.3% pure, 4% silver and then others.
I’ll never sell it plan is if I find enough to get a ring made for the wife. It’s going to take a while but if I dig enough holes you never know
