I live now on a low carb no sugar diet. Being pre diabetic isnt easy, but like others on here have said, put in the effort. It will pay off in the long run.
I never used to take the time to read what was in food that I ate. When you actually start to pay attention to what is in simple foods it is shocking. There's so much crap in our food it's unbelievable!!!
And the way that media brainwash people with their adds on telly. You would think that a healthy breakfast would be orange juice and something like sultana bran or something if you believe them. WRONG!! its full of bloody sugar.
Just stick to a meat and fresh veg diet now. Much better.
