Thread: 22 LR MAXXTech 40gr LRN. Avoid this crap ammo.

For those that are interested.
I bought some of this to shoot through my Ruger 22/45 Pistol as a cheap replacement for CCI Standard Velocity.
Reliability was good and initial accuracy was not too bad.
After 100 rounds however is would not shoot accurately (300-400mm groups at 20 meters).
Checked the sights etc. and could not find an issue.
I swapped back to CCI and after shooting 50 plus rounds the accuracy returned to normal (20mm groups and 20 meters).
Every mag of CCI I put through the accuracy progressively better till it was back to normal.
