    They're awesome.
Watch out for shipping tho - can be expensive and some things will need import permits.
I've a 10/22 trigger kit and mag release on their way from them currently.

So what forms did you get filled in? I just tried to do the same and "Sandy" at Brownells wants an import permit which because I dont need one for Cat A parts the NZ police wont write.....

You would need the DSP83, import permit and the end user cert and the other form. Its the price of the item as it needs state department approval.
Anything under US$100 they will ship no probs, but once over the $100, you need a state department permit

    Hi,

The Police AO is saying he wont issue a permit as for Cat A stuff none is needed and he has been told not to!

I have the DSP83 and a contact to send it to, he seems happy to sign it.

My problem is now Brownells are asking for a letter confirming I dont need an import permit.

    ***bangs head against wall***

Well I suppose I can at least order some minor parts up to $100US which is something. Thanks for that Its what I thought as well. I might just order something at $99 and see what happens.

Dude, for the third time, only you need to sign the DSP-83 on this end. Brownells will do the rest. Section 8 is for when the government is the end user. Getting someone to sign section 8 will probably cause your license to be declined.

From the guidelines on the DDTC website:
Item 8 of the DSP-83 needs to be completed ONLY when the foreign government is the end-user of a commodity.

The filter on the site 'Available outside the USA' isn't 100% accurate though.

So forget trying to order anything by Magpul or their own Brownells AR mags.
