Try looking at the settings of your application. Maybe you are just experiencing a malfunction, so an update will be sufficient.

Even if it doesn't work, you can find an alternative which is more comfortable and reliable. For example, I try to use a blank calendar for my work and then fill it out myself. This way, I have a better chance that I will be able to remember something, and no file will be lost. Calendars that remind you of important events are very convenient when living in a big metropolis.
