@MeOverU I'll get in first, but I would suggest this goes in the firearms etc. forum section.
This part is more about how the forum is working, issues etc.

Probably CCI. Depends on if you want subs with hollow point or just target ammo. Target ammo is usually a bit cheaper I think.

CCI standard velocity solids. Buy a Waltz tool and hollow point your own.

The 500 round loose bulk pack ammo (sweepings?) is cheap enough but has a lot of misfires. You are better to spend a bit more and get sure-fire ammo.

What's the Winchester 555 like? I don't shoot heaps of 22. So get the 100 CCI subs for the odd occasion I get some more possums at my aunt's house.

It shoots ok. Can have a few misfires thought which can be a pain in the areas when you’re lined up on a animal...

    Sweet.

When you have a misfire. Just wait a few seconds and then just reload?

further to my previous post about remington being a dirty powder. years back i did and experiment of breaking open 10 rounds of kilwell, remington, cci , winchester etc. making a pile of each powder on top of a piece of formica and lighting it.
remington left a sticky tar, cc left a dryish powder. kilwell and winchester something inbetween.
