Thread: Constantly Loggin in

For the last year as a forum member I’ve never had to log back into the site. But recently i have had to log back in almost every time I return. Safety reasons? Glitch? This happening to anything else?

Logged me out too about a week back but seems back to normal since.

Happens to me as well. Every time I come back to site (even though the password is saved) it doesn't recognise me. Other forums I am a part of don't seem to have the same issue.

I disagree...........I periodically encounter this irritation with this site. Other issues as well such as posts not being linked to my profile.

Literally nothing has changed at my end. I only ever log in through my phone ( since chch anything involving firearms has been blocked at work ) ah well at least I’m not the only one.

I had that problem for a while. re-entered password a couple of times and the problem healed

Happens all the time. I just click another section of the forum and it logs me in again magically. Occurs on a variety of devices and browsers.

Another issue is when editing a post you at times get a blank ‘page’, ie the message you intend to edit is not displayed.

and, here is just an example of that. I am surprised when an edit actually brings up my just saved post to edit.

My first post appeared as saved on the site, but when I used the edit, the first post vanished completely.
leaving just a blank entry screen to which I added the first paragraph of his post..............Which I have now edited to add this second paragraph.

Sums up my experience too!

Nope I’m not having any problems. I just stay logged in all the time.

Seems only to be getting worse.
- Log in
- Click on a thread
- Logs out can’t comment or reply
- Log back in
- Open thread all seems fine, click page 2
- Logs out
- Go back a browser and logs back in.
