$180K Aussie ... WTF... Shoulda saved some and made some "good investments" To earn that one would expect some sort of skills ??
100% of retired folks I know didn't earn that in a year ever . But they did save hard , get freehold early,and now have a good lifestyle..

Feel sorry for you something must have gone wrong big time...

Regarding this : when you gear is sold to some lucky buyer, get your f##king post off the forum

You do realise users can NOT Delete posts after like 5 to 10 minutes eh ???? Not that I care I got used to it and any and all of my rude ones can stay...

We did make a lot of investments, but providing rental properties for those that couldn't afford top dollar rents and depending on capital growth - thanks to GFC that didn't happen.
So as usual, not knowing what you said, you said it - I'll take your caustic advice and move on.

RIGHT ON GIBO....dunno bout 7mmsaum's discombobulation tho thats sounds like it could hurt me crown jewels....!!!

I cant afford to buy stuff so dont look in the buy sell section much.
