    Forums and suggestions

    Any additional forums needed?

Any other suggestions on the place in general?

This might suit better as a stickied thread in the Off Topic forum

I reckon maintain your point of difference, which when it started was a forum for hunting and shooting enthusiasts. The more off topic sections you have the more you are a clone of the other forum(s), and the more likely the politics and bullshit will creep in. Isn't avoiding that exactly why you started this place?

A joke section would likely become a place for bad taste, and that would create dissension. There is always a minority who haven't a clue what self moderation is, let them do it around behind a shed, not invite them to do it here in public.

I used to love winding up people on another certain site I used to frequent, But in all honesty there were more shit fights in there than anywhere else

Best to keep away from that clone & plus we already have an off topic section that you post the odd joke in
Shoot it, root it & then BBQ it !!!

If I told all my good jokes here, then why would anyone want to meet up over a brew with me?!

Go look in the mirror Dougie. The younger fella's on here would walk across broken glass on the stub's of their elbows for the chance of a cuppa in your company.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

Maybe I have not looked hard enough in the personal menu, but is it possible to open a thread in its entirity? Rather than read through pages consecutively.

Its NZ Hunting and Shooting right? we have a fishing section and a off topic section and maybe a grubby section.
What else could we possibly want? Certainly not a politics section. That would be the end of this great place.
