Seems like a shit yarn, soneone should have told them both to fuck up earlier I agree with Neckshot on a few points there, that yarn would never have got so out of control if aired in person, rather than from behind the relative safety of the screen. It is easy to get a bit trollish as the bite back doesn't involve a smack in the nose. All good though as a place has got to have rules. All the best to R93 he was a good bugger to me.

To be honest it probably says more about the behaviour/mentality of the people he associates with if they have a habit of getting banned from forums. Its really not that hard to disagree with people without being abusive.

I got the impression it wasn't so much what was said in that thread as what was said in private messages behind the scenes that caused the banning in this case. And going by Wildman's comment above it wasn't the first time either, so probably well justified.

More to most stories than what's plainly in sight...

Didn't really know the guy, but he seemed like a decent sort. Shame he was banned his post were always interesting or entertaning.

I reckon the admin moderating team are bloody fair and tolerant on this forum and allow things to go a long way without intervening, so can only assume R93 went way too far. He and I (& some of his close mates) had some disagreements of philosophy sometimes and I feel the only reason the discussion didn't blow up was because I backed down from him and his 2 or 3 mates, as arguing on the internet seems like a whole lot of bullshit to me. I hardly ever visit the forum anymore because there are just a few too many arseholes on here who, as others have mentioned above, turn an interesting debate into a personal attack. There's more to my life frankly
