    Importing magpul mags

    Hi all was just wondering what the importing laws are for magazines i have a relative in the states that said can ship them over for me if it is allowed. Cheers

    U.S. Customs might seize them and your relative could get in the shit. Easier to just buy them from a registered exporter. Don't need an export permit if you order less than $100 worth. Need an import permit on this end if for an E cat.

    The $100 limit only applies to certian 'parts' $500/$100 Export Exemption Details | Borderview | Firearm Export Services to Canada and more!

    Search ITAR and get even more confused.

    An import permit WILL be required at this end, you will need an E cat endorsement and a E cat registered firearm on your licence.
