If my Inbox was full then I deleted stuff but someone just sent something as I deleted does it delete the message they just sent?

Also if my inbox was full what would happen if someone tried to send something?

It should only delete what you had marked for delete at the time you pressed delete.

It depends on your email provider. We use telecom, and I think their policy is to reject the mail.

I was talking about on the forum, I dont mark them it gets full and I delete the lot at once

just incase you don't get that either

In which case it's a question of timing.

It may or may not delete depending on when precisely the pm arrives and where the delete process is at.

So the answer is maybe.
