Anyone having any issues with the mail order forms getting sent to the sender and being encrypted? Or does anyone know what the encryption password could be? Doesn’t seem to be the license numbers

Yup I have had issues once, wasn't even told it was encrypted, then when I enquired I was told it was my FAL number but it wasn't they ended up re sending it as even they couldn't recover the password :ORLY: but they were quick to sort it 24hrs from original enquiryQuote:
