Go into your profile and you can see threads you have started and your latest posts
If you look at 'Thread Tools' in the dark bar just above the first post, there's an option to subscribe to the thread.
Once subscribed, you should be able to find it later by going to "Quick Links" up in the green/white menu beside the forum logo, and selecting "Subscribed threads"

If you click 'go advanced' when replying to a thread, there's an option in there somewhere to automatically add it to your subscribed threads, and notify you of updates.
