How do you receive notifications for comments made to a thread you have subscribed to? I receive notifications when someone likes a comment of mine, but I have no idea if/when someone posts a comment to a thread I've subscribed to.

In the black header line above your comment, click on 'Thread Tools' and then click on 'Subscribe to this Thread'Quote:
