    Nice Axis.
Are they all that style of antler? taller and narrow, rather than heart shaped?

A very good friend of mine hunts the chital in Central Qld and is quite good at it, and has a trophies of some of the best I have seen from this area (unlike me I'm just a hack at it), and in this area that is pretty well much the antler style. We have had a couple of great seasons with rain and the quality has certainly improved.

    Cheers Rob

    Cool
When I was hunting them in Texas there was 2 obviosuly different bloodlines - the tall narrow straight and the heart shaped.
They kept them isolated to stop interbreeding
