    It is my impression that although the "Go advanced" reply option has an "INSERT VIDEO", it is in fact just inserting a link to where the video is stored.
    Hence, I suspect, you would have to have your video on a server somewhere accessible by members here, clicking on the link. Facebook or some such other file server?

    OOps sorry, typing at the same time.............so here is a link to a YOUTUBE video, showing how to create unlisted videos on Youtube which only people using a link can see.
