Thread: Searching - what am I doing wrong ?

Seem to be having a couple of problems doing searches on the forum...

I have tried to search both single content type (post), or multiple content type.

The terms I am searching for (titles only) :
45/70
45-70
'45/70'
"45/70"

Not getting any hits. Yet when I search using google : nzhuntingandshooting.co.nz 45/70 I get several threads...

If you look in the Hunting sub forum, one of the top threads has Quenstown in the title. When I search using that, all good.

So, what am I missing here ?

I can never make the site search work properly either. I just use google, put this into the search bar
"site:www.nzhuntingandshooting.co.nz" 45-70
and 925 hits from this website come up.

Google search function is the way to go. Forum one is not helpful.
