Ask the person to hold something over the object.
We had had this request recently on kiwi air gunners.
The person selling was asked to hold 3 fingers over the scope and take pic. Which he did. Along with verious other angles of the guns. (extra photos his choice)
He was fully understanding and as it was done in a public forum
everyone could see he was ligit.
I don't know of the work involved but maybe a list of trusted sellers on a sticky note for the regular forum members who have sold stuff.
Or a feedback on sellers, thread.
