I had the same problem recently. Log out on every device and every server eg chrome, safari etc. Try viewing NZHS as a outside guest ie type it in manually don't let the computer choose the link address or try it on someone else computer then try and log in. The key is [I think] is to make sure you're fully logged off on everything so it doesn't just go to the default login. I buggered about with this and then suddenly it just worked and stayed in the green mode.
