    Waikato Hunters

    Good afternoon,

Have recently relocated to Cambridge for work and haven’t hunted around the local areas before.
If anyone is willing to let me tag along on a mission or two I’d happily exchange some Canterbury spots or spearfishing spots around Whitianga (happy to take you out)

Any help of tips would be appreciated

Te tui track in the kaimais. That is going to be a radical change from the plains of Canterbury ;-) go in with a good gps.

I’m happy with some bush hunting, have a Vizsla X Lab that does well as an indicating dog
I have a few weeks before I start work so I’ll get out to a few of the spots I’ve found already for day missions to scope out the areas

I think you can’t cross the farm leading to te tui with a dog.
Your next option would be wairere falls.
