Thread: 223 vs Car Stereo

A few weeks ago we bough a people mover, jap import and i changed the stereo in it. So i had this in my garage so i thought what better than to use it as target practice. I shot it with some cheap FNB 223 full metal jacket ammo that came with the gun.

They didn't pierce the rear of the unit, shot it three times and i have pulled the sides and back off the unit and it appears the projectiles have turned to dust.
