    yup I've put 500 rounds of Belmont through various 223s and only had 1 bad one that must of been a reduced charge weight as it went off like a sub. 1 out of 500 I won't cry about when the other 499 shot perectly and sub moa outta all the rifles I tried them in.....maybe I got lucky

    after that I put a dozen over the chrono and they were pretty consistent can't remember the speed off the top of my head but it was faster than I expected
