The gas key should not move at all both cap screws holding it in place should be staked to prevent them coming loose.
That said @marky123 had an issue with his new NEA where the caps crew head broke.
Also give the chamber and bolt carrier Group a bloody good clean as they get quite dirty, especially with a suppressor attached.
