The club has engaged the experts including lawyer etc but I also think it would be invaluable to get a perspective from someone who sits on the other side of the table. I'm no expert (a drip under pressure) one should consult a planner or lawyer working in the RMA space - costs $$$$ but generally is worth it.

I've been easing out of things RMA related and could only give general non-professional advice.
