So if I understand it correctly, the LV100 score for competitor 101 is an average of 0.1644 inch for 5 different groups of 5 shots each ? Yes That is some scary shooting Yes it is & his other tiny groups is why he broke so many national records that weekend

And LV200 would be an average of 0.4424 inch groups (0.2212 x 2) ? Yes

Its not as easy as it looks, a .2-300 group at 200 is a rarity
