    Interesting.
    Sort of like the rail gun principal of push/pull magnetic fields, but using powder.
    Please excuse spelling, as finger speed is sometimes behind brain spped........ Or maybe the other wayy.....

    Maybe a reason why it wasn't seen in production, due to lack of suitable experts from the first test..... A 'hold my beer and watch this moment...

    For a more modern version, Google Gerald vincent Bull and Project Babylon plus project harp space gun. I spent ages researching this a few years back. Very interesting.
