Thread: Converting BDL Rem 700 stocks to AICS

hey guys, do you know someone here who can do that? I have a Rem 700 SA stock (BDL), with aluminum bedding, and I would like to convert it to accept AICS mags.

Does a BDL have the internal mag setup? If so then the lower metal (which is auctually plastic) that 55six gun supplies sell are a direct fit in replacement.

thanks percy. the thing is I have a atlasworx bottom metal already. probably would be easy to sell it and just buy the plastic one from 55six

Did mine with a dremel...carefully.

I'd probly swap ya a std inlet (Legacy arms) plastic bottom metal and 308 class magazine for your Altlas works (if its a short action one) Might need a cash payment your way.

My other 700 has a metal mag setup and i had to mill the area out to take it, so if you have the gear then its no problem, but measure twice............
