Some rifles are produced with a deliberate pressure point somewhere along the barrel channel. This is a cheap way of getting basic acceptable accuracy. Removal of this pressure point ALONG WITH A FULL BEDDING JOB will likely cure your problem. If you are not confident to undertake that job yourself then seek the expertise of a competent gunsmith.
