Make up a target with 1" grid lines, ideally 20" total but 10" is the minimum. Clamp the rifle with the cross hairs precisely on the top mark. Wind 10 MOA into your scope and see how far the cross hairs have actually moved. 10 MOA equals 10.47 inches at 100 yds. 20 MOAwill be nearly 21 inches at 100 yds.
