    +1 for Cu fouling. That shot of the muzzle indicates heavy fouling, and most likely a carbon build up too. Both will destroy accuracy. Given this is a new rifle and barrel did you go thru a break in procedure ? any barrel but especially factory rifle barrels can have rough spots from machining that need to be addressed in the break in routine. I would recommend a thorough clean with Boretech Eliminator until all signs of blue are removed & all traces of Cu at muzzle have gone before doing anything. (or K12) Then I'd go to JB's or autosol and polish the bore carefully - throat more so than muzzle. Buy & read Nathan Forster's book on rifle maintenance. Best $35 - 40 bucks you'll ever spend.
