Little bit off topic. During the weekend I got bogged to my waist in this whilst crossing a slip filled creek thanks to Gabrielle and my own stupidity. Got myself out after about 15 mins of getting my pack off and getting onto my side and pulling myself using the pack in front of me, and then got hold of a tree branch and onto the firm .

Rifle was a mess. Ran the 'scope under a tap when I got home and wiped everything with a wet rag. Then oiled everything. Suppressor saved shit getting into the barrel so that just got the one pull through. Will take the action out of the stock when the roar is finished 'cos don't want to upset the zero in the mean time. Shit happens. Stainless is cool.
